We want you to love your Pure Beauty Haus purchase! Unopened, unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To initiate a return, email us at officialpurebeautyhaus@gmail.com with your order number. Sale items and opened beauty products are final sale. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your return.
